Same as focus, never depending on your build and play style. As title says,at what point does Stat points in Strength or Dex ,Just become a waste?
Roughly right. Still 1k str = 750 dmg (1k-2k) sounds ok if you like full Str, in a lvling build at least.eyeballing that graph for numbers, here is what I see:
100-500 str: +680 dmg = 100% (of damage 100-500 str)
500-1000 str: +510 dmg = 75% (of damage 100-500 str)
1000-1500 str: +408 dmg = 60% (of damage 100-500 str)
1500-2000 str: +340 dmg = 50% (of damage 100-500 str)
This is just a rough estimate though, so it could be off.
True ability plays a role, but if you hold weapon ability constant then it shouldn't matter over the course of the graph. I was also thinking that elemental damage plays a role as I looked at the graph. The thing to look at is marginal damage, which elemental damage shouldn't change as you increase stats. We also need to understand that this graph is for one person and their unique gear, ability, etc. But the shape of the graph and the marginal damage increase should stay the same, whether or not elemental damage shifts the curve up or down.-1 for not saying what your bow ability is (base and total) or elemental damage
Weapon ability plays a role but both (bow in this case I guess) and str scale as a square root.
My bad lol. The Weapon Stat would be 2700(2000)True ability plays a role, but if you hold weapon ability constant then it shouldn't matter over the course of the graph. And that's about where my math skills endsomeone else who's more knowledgeable can talk about this more. I'm out!
Just remember never to drink and derive. What determines the inclination of the slope are Str and Weapon Stat.
