New zone in upcoming update?

I noticed in the pic that a few changes are shown to the Lirs Pier. Will the Pier now lead to a new area, or will ships begin docking there?

U can see a flag with a symbol of a fish so my guess it's we're we will finally be able to fish in game

I doubt there's a new area. Looks like he pier got a face lift, and Shalemont is going to be redesigned to get the same treatment that Stonevale did. There could possibly be fishing.
