Banned?!?!

Recently a few clannies and I have gotten banned somehow. We are in the clan Pirates on Donn. It says we have scammed people but I haven't been on celtic and actually played for a while. Can you please tell me why and how all of us got banned. Thanks a lot celtic heroes

Looks like it's going to be a busy couple days for the Appeals support personnel. Or maybe they're all out looking for Pokemons.

I just assume the pokemon go game developers have hit CH and shutting it down. Soon we'll all be trying to catch pukeachu

Hey Heroes,
Currently not in the office but a quick look through the logs show 2 bans related to scamming for an account advertising a "Free Plat / Gold" website.
These may have accidentally caught other accounts or there has been an error in the system affecting other accounts.
I will investigate this issue asap when I am back in the office tomorrow, for now could anyone affected by this PM me your character name and work and I will look into the issue.
