Celtic Heroes

Still says Spring Event going on. The last news post was in May 2016.
Any new person stumbling on that site would think the game has been abandoned.

Indeed, and for good reason.

As some may have noticed, recently we took down our OneThumbMobile website for a short period of time (Back up now)

This was due to us updating the entire back end of the website and rebuilding it in a more long term system.

We are currently in talks with local web designers for the potential upgrade of our Celtic-Heroes domain and a complete redesign!

So we have been putting off updating it until we have a stable idea of what we are doing with the site.

If it is true that there is a website update coming, then it sure wouldn't hurt to post that on the actual website. Keeping the player base informed goes a very long way. Otherwise, like Aileron said, new players may visit the website and think it is dead, or at the very least be turned off by the lack of communication or attention from the developers.

I definitely agree you should update the site. I logged into the game for the first time in a little while today to find some lovely graphics updates. I came here to learn what was going on and to look for a nice overview of the changes and found what looked like an abandoned site. This will really deter new players. The game deserves so much more love!

I don't think most even know there's a celtic heroes site. After a couple years of playing i didnt even know the site mentioned in this thread even existed until I read this thread. A large number don't even know there's a celtic heroes forum

It is trafficked but you are right, most don't know it exists only the forum.

Another part of why the website has yet to be updated is I was away on holiday when we released, thankfully we have a twitter feed embedded on the site so anyone checking would know we are active on other forms of social media.

I have planned a whole social media strategy for the year ahead with some new content that I am looking forward to creating (Seriously, my favorite thing is just making stuff)
