Does Hand to Hand affect Unarmed weapons? Do I need to buy the 100 gold hand to hand training to use unarmed weapons?

What is the average DPS from the weakest unarmed weapon?

1) I don't know of any H2H mainhands before level 60. Except fists.

2) The level 60 MH is 29,500 gold I believe. Fists are 0g, though.

3) 60, 80, 100 and 120 in the Otherworld. 140 and 160 in Carrowmore Tunnels. 180 and 200 are in Gelebron's Tower.

4a) It affects their damage. The more you use H2H weapons (or fists), the higher the ability gets, increasing damage output.
4b) You don't need to, but if you'll use H2H it's recommended.

5) Fists? Under 10 I suppose. With 5 Strength and 50 H2H ability with weapon (lowest possible stats), the DPS is around 21. With 100 Strength and 650 ability (with weapon) - what I believe are the average Strength and Weapon Ability for a level 60 Rogue - it's nearly 50. There's also Grimoires that have 5 Crush damage. They're nearly useless for melee (Ranger, Warrior, Rogue). They're more suitable for casters (Mages and Druids), and I'm too lazy to calculate, I won't try to find out the DPS on them with 5 Strength and 1100 H2H ability.
