Thanks to everyone who participated.

After a few weeks of hard leveling, the comp is finally over. None of the winners died, traded, or grouped with anyone.
*Notice: Admin has not checked the trade logs yet to confirm it.

1st: Lvl 77 Borgonian Warrior

The mage crystal set goes to BORG on MABON.

2nd: lvl 69 Great Legacy
3rd: lvl 66 ChuckNorris

Well done everyone. It is absolutely unbelievable how well you did. Congrats borg!

If i had prizes for second and third, i'd give them a prize because they definately deserve it.

Great Job!

Obviously the Admin needs to double-check but that's an extreme accomplishment to get to those levels without a death or any assistance. Great job.

Also Marshill put in tremendous work into this competition for many many people from all servers. I think everyone owes him a standing ovation. It's getting overshadowed now with update excitement but you really came up to the plate with the community going nuts and gave people a great contest to devote time into. And prized it with an award that was meant to be for you. Tremendous work, and commitment.

Yea. Thx Marshall for a decent challenge to participate in while waiting on Apple.

Hats off to Borg. He truly is a leveling beast. He has great knowledge of CH.

I was playing the part of ChuckNorris btw. Not to be confused with the native ChuckNurish.

I couldn't find the original post of the contest.
But I think this would have been great idea do in beta. It would have provided great feed back on difficulty of leveling and mobs and bosses. Even finding bugs in new content and how accessible lux items are to new players and gold drop input.
It also gives a reason for beta testers to stay active in between builds with a chance to get unique items and some bragging rights till the next beta.

One of my worries is new players starting the game and being pushed out of the game because of an overwhelming feeling of difficulty. IMO if you can get players to levels 90 to 100 they will be hooked just like the rest of us. I think target lock is a great add to the game to give these new players a chance to advance in game with armor quest. With a feeling of progression. It's nice to have a lot of us older guys and girls still playing, but its time to for some new blood. (population)
I think Marshall's challenge could be a great way to insure that new players are getting a fun first time experience.
