Help - im lvl 82 and cannot get otherworld quest. Is there something I have to complete before I can get this quest?

Pretty sure u have to complete Piranus the Mad guy quest line to get into otherworld
He stands by the lake which goes towards warden guys

I'm 99% sure there isn't a quest anymore. Head to portal and try.

It Still takes the quest from Piraeus the mad in stonevale

You need level 60 and talk to parinias. He is in stonevale by the lake. You will need to defeat the various low level boss and return to him 5 times. It's time consuming but it is what it is.

Talk to Piranus in Stonevale, just beside the lake at the Stonevale Farm. He'll tell you to beat some mobs. If it's still the same, the quest involves beating up 7 Blackstones ranging from levels 30-60, after which he'll ask you to bring 3 items from the OW in exchange for a 5k HP/E pot. If it's been changed (don't think so), I have no way to help you past his location.

Have you completed any of the "Key Piece" quests? There is a few of them, one may be active in your logs.
