Server Crash

When the servers crashed I was lixed with about 4 heroic elixers, including heroic knowledge, when they came back up I was at the Forbidden Halls ley as opposed to the hall and all my lix effects were gone and they were missing from my inventory. What's going to be done about this lmao... heard about people losing bosses as well.
