Everyone's making accounts to get a hat. There's constantly about 10 people on average in Heroes landing making accounts over and over. It takes 5 minutes to log in and mail won't send.

i can't even connect to balor right now. this is literally a figurative big deal.

The Christmas present offer should have a restriction in place (Either account time or level)

Would you be able to double check for me by making an account?

There's no restriction.

Everyone's been making toons, getting hats and mailing to their mains. I'm sure the amount of accounts on Balor has doubled in the past 12 hours

I just tried making an account and was not able to.....Now i am trying to log back to my main and can't. Will try again in 5 min

I tested and could get the offer at heroes landing docks. Now I can't even log back in

As I understood u do can get a present on new toon but the present drop is no trade if it's lix, hats are tradable tho

The hats are the exact same just with a different name what's the point?
