Fighting with fists

What is the attack speed of fists and does haste elixer work on fists and does hand to hand ability add damage to fists?

Attack speed I believe is 1200
Haste don't work as it's the lowest speed already possible
Hand to hand does increase fist damage

Lowest speed's 1100, unless it was changed.

I was thinking of trying out fists because if haste had worked it would be super fast and I hit 500-700 fist autos with edl dmg hrung braces and 180 offhand haste dagger but since it doesn't work no point

Originally fists were like 1500 (hence cruel knife being fastest) but I think its raised to 2000 to be close to knuckles.
