Where have the Lux shop gone

Why hasn't there been any Lux the last two events????
They're not exactly events, is why. No lux has been introduced. Just old lux reintroduced. Go to the Aldington Smugglers in the Sewers and talk to Renauld to have a chance of buying. Few things to note:
- Level 90 req to access
- Should have at least 500k with you to access
- Should turn in 5 Cargo Caches and an item bought for 10k from a nearby NPC to access
