Broken codex not being rewarded

I've killed princess morag several times now, alone and in groups and have yet to get that codex. Is it supposed to drop every time or is there a % chance to drop? I've tried support but no answer.

The drop should be a 100% chance, could you search your inventory for "Damaged Codex" as you may be looking for the incorrect item.

Yeah this isn't dropping every time. It used to but now drops maybe once per 4-5 kills.

I have ginessas codex but no other. I've killed her 3 times i think but maybe 4. I guess i'll just go drop her a time or two more and see how that works out. Thanks for answering.

I kill her solo all the time and it takes a few kills before she drops it.

Just finished solo kill #46754 and still no codex. I'm way past this already and would like to get it out of the way if possible. Loose ends n what-not.
