Can't login - 10% Problem

My character was last stationed at Farcrag Castle, and its not allowing me to log in. Its stuck on the 10%. Anyone else having this problem?

I logged out to transfer but then couldnt get back in so i deleted app and wanted to reinstall, but now it doesnt load:( :cry: :(

Yeah, it's happening to me too and I haven't logged in since the update :(
