Is This Considered Griefing?

Gelebron is lock battled within 1 hour of it spawning on gwydion.

Both clans can manage the kill with 30 odd toons give or take.

So is it considered griefing if one clan with 10, 16, 20 toons on different occasions tries to lock gele and hold for as long as they can, sometimes until rage, despite the fact that they don't have the people to kill nor is the HP going down, with some not even attacking as the tanks and druids do their jobs, just to prevent the other people from killing who have 30?

Please discuss without bias

In my own bias I don't feel it is as it's always been understood before "lock" the boss is FFA both groups have equal opportunity to get lock & given that Gelebron is the end game boss perhaps we're just trying in desperation to kill him with smaller numbers you can't call it a grief if another group out locks you on a boss.

If you interfere with the other team after the boss is locked this is what I consider personally to be griefing.

Don't insult my intelligence with this flimsy shield just admit you were holding it to stop us from attempting.

Locking a boss is not griefing we where trying & more where on the way.

Bashing early to ensure shield is casted & cant be prevented is however griefing ☺

I never bashed early, I even stood back at the stairs on 2 attempts so you could see I wasn't in contact with Gele (you still failed).

All I did was hold the boss when you tried to reset it cause we were waiting for more DPS to log.

You were NOT trying.

Trying does not mean 4-5 rangers are unlixed and waiting on bridge.

Trying does not mean holding gele for rage at 100% while xtals are never killed.

You are preventing the other clan from getting geared in whatever nasty method necessary.

You already admitted Zage that you while you where
Nonchalantly standing ontop of Gelebron on your tank while he was locked & while we where killing that you where just harmlessly taunting him for no reason & honestly didn't press any other skills but taunt. We have a very efficient bash timer & caller we never really miss any shields that attempt we missed 2 in a row & all the tanks said it was early bashed and they didn't use their bash so it's a bit miraculous maybe your taunt also has a bash effect :).

Not really when you won the second lock we all backed off & nobody interfered with your attempt.

Some of you did actually interfere after we had locked.
It's simple really just win the lock first.

If thats the case Chris then how did you fail twice with me not within bash range? I only taunt so I have aggro when you try reset.

You said we can't hold because we didn't have the numbers. But you guys can hold it?
