Sold to vendor by mistake

A while back I accidentally sold my ascandant razorback cape to the vendor in shalemount. I would like it restored, I've sent a support ticket, but have not received a response yet.
Charter name is lily
World crom
She has the 750k gold on her from the sale.

Hey Poisonlily,
You appear to have mailed the Ascendant Razorback Cape on the 11/12/2016 to a ShadowRose.
There is no references to the item being sold to a shop on Lily.

Ah, i thought it was Lily I sold it on i shift through my accounts and find it on that one then

What should i do if I deleted that character, but know the username that char was on? It is the same account my ranger Lilyana is on

If you send in a support ticket asking for the character to be restored the Support team can undelete that specific toon.
Please be sure you have enough character slots prior to this.
