Can't log in

Hi. I'm using an iPhone 6 Plus and it's not letting me log in. I'm stuck on the heroes picture

Hey Stamina,
It sounds like you installation may have been corrupted, could you try uninstalling, restating your device then reinstalling from the App Store?

I restarted device and redownloaded the app, but nothing changed.

What size is the download you are getting off the App Store?

According to the AppStore the app is 1.65 GB

I that the size of the file you download or the App Store listing?
Are you connecting via WiFi or 3G?

It's the AppStore listing and I'm using wifi right now. I can't check the update listing because I reinstalled app and it doesn't show in updates anymore

If you go to Settings - General- Storage - Manage Storage - Celtic Heroes. What size does the app show as?
Does force closing the app and relaunching help at all?

In settings it says the app is 1.5 GB. I've forced closed the app many times.

Do you get the issue on other WiFi connections? Is it a home connection?
