The loading screen gets stuck at 10% on both my characters I've reinstalled the game dunno what else to do plz help

I had similar problem.
I managed to get on by tapping the home button to exit the app and going straight back on it.
it should say reconnecting and direct you the character selection screen or the area where you are.

its not 100% positive but try it and let me know

I've basically tried that I can choose my chars just Keeps getting stuck
