Does crumbling items only appear in highshore fishing spots or the entire of lirs reach?

Crumbling Drops can be fished from any fishing spot in Lirs Reach.

Drop rate seems increased at east pier.

Just a higher density of ripples at the docks, make it feel like they drop there more often.
