Seeing if anyone else having this issue. I had 6 barber coupons. Total cost was 3. Kept saying I had insufficient funds.

Reboot galaxy s7 and now it says purchase error but 2 of my barber shop coupons have disappeared with no change it my appearance.

Same result on s7 and nvidia k1 tablet

Edit - barber shop ate 8 of my barbershop coupons with no change to appearance. Muldar can you look on my account in game and see that I spent the tokens and did not receive the appearance changes so I can get a plat refund please

Just sent. Thanks. I just tried to use the free one and it said purchase error and so I tried with a different hairstyle and it said insufficient funds.

Can you let us know what you changed and what it was changed to as I cannot reproduce the issue as described.

Well I tried to purchase a few different hair styles and beard styles and tried changing my face. It would either say you have insufficient funds or purchasing error. I gave a clan mate 2 barber tokens and they had no issue. I even reboot my phone and switched devices and had the same issue.

So it would say purchasing error. Back out. Go back into barber shop to try again only to find out you barber coupons are gone

When I try & purchase any changes it just says "error in barber shop" I have tokens, tried resetting my wifi, my device still the same thing happening on all my IPads and my IPhone 6s+ not sure why or if it's the same for anyone else.

I had same issue. I tried a hairstyle change and it kept saying error in barbershop. I remembered from beta that you had to change your size for any other changes to work. So I changed my size and the hair style changed as well.

This happened to me just now. Luckily I read your post and it worked so thank you for figuring this out.

Heads up guys you will need tokens so don't think you can come with one token......buy at least 3 in order for your changes to stick fyi.

So I now have to change my toons size in order to get a change I really want? Beta problem still not fixed then.
