I need help
#1I am level 84 and I am looking to know how I can get the loch monster quest that requires 3 serpents blood. I can't seem to find it and I'm pretty sure I'm over the level for the quest. Please tell me who to speak to and where I can find him
That quest is part of the ow quest chain. Those quests begin with Arbitor Kestor-Man at front of otherworld. Follow those quests and they will eventually take you to fingals and other areas. Good luck!
