I try to log my balor account on an ios device and it will say invalid username or password but if I use an android device to log it, it logs in just fine. Seems like cross platform have conflicting account problems. Any help?

I did aswell this morning and he replied once and then never again. But I do know his busy so I posted it here so he can give me a reply aswell to everyone out there that has the same question.

I just did this on android phone playing iOS and it worked. What do I need to do
