Why are all the server down threads lock?

The issue hasnt been resolved. servers are not back up, and yet the threads are locked and pointed to the main one which ends that its stablised and ready to login...
So is anyone fixing the problem or we should just forget about it for a while.

I cant log on either, are servers down then. I dont know as been at work all day
