are you asking to be able to play the game on a computer I assume?
if yes I think 200GB to 1 Terabyte is more than enough, as a processor im no sure but the game isn't too demanding on your PC unless you have a 5+ old one thats not running windows 10.

You should be good with 1GB minimum, honestly just depends how you'd like the experience to be, 2GB SHOULD be enough for a maxed out experience, however I have a Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet - with 3GB of RAM with an SD801 and sometimes run into some issues at not even maxed settings.

Depends what your Mobile device is. I have a Google pixel 4A. 6 GB ram. 8 cores. Snapdragon 730. Which is more than enough. But I used to play CH on Motorola devices to. Like the Moto X and Moto G.
As long as you don't have a $50 phone you should be good.
