Dropped item

Hi! Weeks ago ive dropped my Meteoric Wand...and know i see it was a big mistake. Is there a way to get it back? Please help me

Yes you can sent a support ticket about it and they usually refund it for you.

Sad thing is that OTM support is dead cuz they dont respond but u can always try

Support do answer it can take time as ur not the only one pn this plannet tho and if you doesnt put enought information they cant help you

I think OTM get tons of support tickets and they don't have many people on the office who's job it is to answer the tickets. I think their focus is on improving the game with new updates. they will answer but it will take bit time... if you want a quick answer: Forums is the best way to get a fast reaction. Muldar always try to pass the support thing through as soon as he can.Sad thing is that OTM support is dead cuz they dont respond but u can always try

Maybe Esquilax can jump over to Muldar with a nice cup of tea and some cookies to make him awake?
