me and a friend try to retrieve my friends old account ive send mail to otm with all details 1,5 weeks ago and wondered how long it usually takes or where i can check the status.
he last played like 2 years ago so he forgot username.

If this works can you let me know how you did it? I have an account years ago that I wouldn't mind having back, thanks
