I heard a rumour a while ago about being able to log two toons in from the same account on different devices. Could this even be done? And will it ever be in CH?

You can't duel log toons on the same account. You have to have the toons on different accounts. If you try to log on the same account with two different devices, you'll get kicked out of the account on the first device with the 'disconnected from the server' message.
