I've been busy lately so have only caught glimpses of things happening, can anyone tell me when beta is and what's in it? Also this thing in carrow happening could someone explain in details what they doing? And anything else that is coming soon that is new

Beta ("Food of the Gods")

New zone and content will be released. "Corrupted Gardens" with bosses, new fashion (looks like Samurai armor), and cooking mechanisms. Also a new Chicken pet, and supposedly a mount or two. Beta signups are long passed, the beta/release was postponed and is just now starting.

Carrowmore Mini-Event

This weekend (Sept. 10 - 13, depending on your time zone) many raid bosses in Carrowmore will spawn with greatly increased rates, up to 4x I believe. This includes Mordris, probably Despoiler, and most Legacy Bosses (Spider, Skain, Dragons). Get parked!

I thought "Food of the Gods" was just cooking and the usual event stuff being added. I dont think corrupted gardens will be added until later?

Last announcement I can find stated Food of the Gods as being

- Cooking System
- Additional Fishing Content
- 200 New Bounties
- Story Questline Continuation
- Daily Login Rewards
- 2 New Fashion Sets
- 1 Pet
- 1 Battle Mount

...And more!

And is due for beta soon

Corrupted Gardens will be a new level 180 + zone with, if memory serves, 3 new bosses whose levels are still to be decided. This has been delayed and don't think there's been any updates recently about revised release dates.

Personally I wasn't convinced on the chicken pet. The reveal video felt like it was done as a bit of a joke, so I'm not sure that's going to be the genuine pet myself, but I could be mistaken.
