Does the damage boost effect the intitial hit and the damage per tick or only the initial rupture hit? Same with gele rings

Pretty sure only the initial if they're made the same way as all others.

Same as attunements (specifically) not including frostbite and incinerate. Chicken .... I mean conservative development in mobile games is afraid of giving you too much power. They know you won't pay anymore if you're too powerful.

Its more so about maintaining a reasonable level of difficulty... Other than shadowhound bounties game has a pretty decent level of difficulty atm.
