As a community, how can we help

I am truly worried.
I have been on and off lately, mostly off, but whilst back on I notice we are fewer and less on at all servers(?)
Are we all losing interest? If so, why?
I stayed @ Arawn this evening, which should be up to or close to its peek hours. All across Arawn we had less then 100 players and probably several was dual logging.
This is a serious concern I have. Every time I come back there is less action, and less people playing. Less drama online mean less competition, less competition normally mean less players.
OTM, are you healthy?
I miss the filled up areas, OW being full not even a hope to even have a successful chance of a solo lix. Arena full of players trying to stay alive, castle full of life.
Do you need the community to come together and help you catch new players?
I see less and less players actively playing, and even less of new players coming in.
Seing as we have at least two new big busters coming in first half half of 2018, should we, as a community, try and help OTM spread the word on channels such as YouTube, and if so, how?
I'd hate to see Celtic Heroes become only a memory, but seing what's coming up... how can we best help?
Let's find a way to resurrect this game which we all have spent so much time on, which we all love.
How can we best help, as a community, to keep this game alive?
Let's help OTM!

This has been an on and off issue dating all the way back to events. People become less and less active before an update is out. I think it's because people get tired of waiting and so they don't log as much until that update comes out. It's been pretty bad with this particular update, was first announced in May or June, beta sign up comes late July, and the beta itself didn't come till like 2 months after the sign up... and now here we are waiting for the update itself.
I love Otm very much, but I think they announced this update waaaaaaayy to early and now people are getting frustrated

As far as activity goes, it really depends on timezone and what map you’re in. There has been an increase in activity in the clan I am in lately due to a steady flow of new Celtic players, but at some points of the day we still might just have ten on because US clannies are at work or Europe clannies are sleeping. Just depends. At a wedding I attended this weekend there were over 60 people. Heroes landing was pretty crowded. The game is not dying.

Depends on what server you play on. Donn for example is dead af..... Mostly cause everyone hates each other and fights. The three top clans just fight nom stop. And the clans pretty much run the server if your not in one of them. The game becomes unplayable. And if your in one. Well you have to do everything they want and dont get to play how you want or enjoy the game. And regardless if your in a clan or not. Getting end game gear of rare gear for new players is about next to impossible as all the people im the inner circles get it. This among many other issues including people making the game personal imstead of enjoying it for what it is. Is what ruins it. If otm released more events and updates it keep people playing because they wouldnt run outta stuff to do. Till then you either get lucky and make good friends on a dead server. Or you play on a super active server and still have some of the same issues.

We cannot without really. Otm says they have a small team. Reviews of the company on the UK version of Glassdoor indicate dysfunctional leadership of the owner as well as resources being sucked out of CH and funnelled to some Asian gme in development.
There's little anyone can do about it. I imagine the ch team did not wholly choose this and we will languish until the skeleton of programming will be harvested and reskinned for a new game.

The lack of end game content updates is really whats making plenty of players quit the game. The fake horizontal content camt hold onto long term player interest. no one is going to spend years just fishing and cooking. The last eg boss we got was introduced near end of 2015. 2 years later, still the same eg boss. Cant expect the average players to stick around doing the same thing for 2 years.

This is really the topic I wanted to make.
We are unable to rely on OTM to give us incentive to play. How do we, the players, find that incentive to play? And those of us who have an incentive, how do we make others join us? Tough question sadly.

First off, don't be worried. It means a lot to us that players care so passionately about Celtic Heroes but we are healthy and growing, enjoy your time playing don't spend it worrying.
Second, you can help us by creating content! We love watching and sharing players videos of their experiences in game, their drawings of their characters and everything else you make.
(Livestreams are great too, I personally enjoy stream bombing with multiple toons haha)
We have a lot planned for the future and we look forward to sharing it with you in new and exciting ways.
