Celtic Heroes

So I reached level 160 cooking.. finished all basic recipes and still see no use of the tower food or highest tier extract. Searched all maps for an NPC with a quest. Does anyone know how to put these to use? Or are they intended for a future update?

They drop rare recipes too. Likely can use the items for them.
