Send a in-game ticket from the toon you dropped it with and give the name of the item you dropped. Support usually takes a few days to deal with situations like this—in my experience.Muldar I dropped my horse mount by accident, I am a lv 182 ranger. Please can I have it back thank you
As a future improvement, do you think the programming team could put in a field for character name, and world in the form ? Right now it's just subject and body, so people might think that the character name and world would be scraped from their login.Just a heads up for anyone thinking of posting similar threads in the future, for any support inquiries we require a name and world to investigate further.
For general item drop assistance it is best to submit an in-game Support Ticket, my workload is rather large so while I try to reply to PMs within 24 hours it can take longer.
One thing I love about OTM is that they take the time to check if the item really was dropped, because everyone does sometimes make mistakes like that, and then gets it back.
