I dropped lunar cuirass and can't get frozen one can I get help?

You can send a ticket so they know what character you're talking about and what world you are from by the Support in game. Might be quicker depending how backed up they are though, they're on holiday break I believe.

Yup, we'll be happy to return it. We just have a lot of backlog due to the holidays...
