As mentioned above, using an emulator is not against the Terms of Service but we do not officially support them and will not be able to provide any technical support were it to be requested/required.

What about building your own APK to connect to ch servers with several advantageous features?

What about building your own APK to connect to ch servers with several advantageous features?
You do realise you could do that on any Android or iOS device right?

Android will natively allow you to install any APK on device and there are several third party softwares like iFunBox that allow you to do it on iOS.

I wonder if it is that many of the functions of third party APK are not against t&c of otm, however granting advantages unavailable to competing players.

Any modification of the client used to play Celtic Heroes is most definitely against the ToS. Any accounts using a modified client are very likely to be banned.
