Scammersalloverch

To everyone who sells the games items for real life profit you are as guilty as a person who scamms from others in games but probably even worse.. you are breaking the rules and you are making a profit of Celtic heroes I know someone who sold wings for 500$ and I know it cost less to get that wing

Not exactly following what your point is here.
The comment was supposed to quote under wolves, meaning, someone buying wings for $500 is basically doing the same as someone buying chests except one is against the tos.

Right, someone buys virtual items using real money in both instances, the difference is who receives the money.

If someone were to sell their virtual items to other players, they are essentially scamming otm because the virtual items belong to otm, not the players. In this case, the seller gets the money, not otm, and that is against the tos.

It's not that selling virtual items to other players is wrong because it's against tos, it's because you would be scamming otm in the process.

Yes the tos tells us that accounts aren't exactly our properties but in your instance, an item isn't exactly generated without someone using their own money, sure its wrong but most definitely doesn't 100% belong to otm, if so they have every right to just grab our unfathomable and sell it

It's not scamming, it's simply breaking the ToS agreement for real world trading, which unlike scamming, can get you permanently banned without the chance of an appeal.

An example of scamming would be collecting some sort of payment for the wings, and then not actually trading them to the person in-game.

It's also very obvious that you haven't the slightest clue how much those wings are actually worth to collectors. Try getting them for less if you think it's that easy?
World - Sulis
Clan - Toxic

H3ROsRogue - lvl 220 rogue
H3ROsRanger - lvl 200 ranger
H3ROsMage - lvl 220 mage
H3ROsDruid - lvl 220 druid
H3ROsWarrior - lvl 200 warrior
H3ROsLocker - lvl 190 rogue

Can't imagine losing kills to a ranger in 2019.

It is scamming in the sense that you are stealing potential profits from otm. By selling virtual items, you are selling stuff that isn't yours and making money off that.

Ok let’s say I know someone is selling items/gold for real life money, what evidence are needed to show that person is breaking the rules? And would otm care if the person selling items is one of their loyal platinum customers?
