I created a few name holders...not bothering to ask if I delete them ....does the sever even release the names once deleted and if so how long before I can create the toon.

Yes, the server will release the name if they're deleted.

I created a name holder for when we can change names (if that ever happens ;-;) all I want to do is get rid of the Xs on XfrozensoulX lmao....
