Repeatable quests question

Where the F do you get the kelpie horn quest and the razor claw quest? I’m lvl 120 and I’ve found neither of these. I have every quest available in my quest log and there are not marks anywhere in any zone. It’s frustrating as all F when not a single person can answer the question in game except for ‘just follow the questline’.......I did, I finished the quest line, everyone in carrowmore still hates me, I’m done w the stuff in OW except for stuff that comes later in the levels.

You get the Kelpie Horn quest from Kester, but its only good until 113. Razor Claw quest comes from Oskar Clawscar in Carrow, Kester will send you to him. First you must collect mushrooms, quest name Life to Preserve, then you will get the razorclaw quest.

Just follow Arbitor Kester's questline (it's linear), you'll get to several repeatables (you have a choice of repeating or moving on), including:
- Sewers, collect 3 amulets
- OW, get a kelpie horn
- Carrow, kill Razorfang
- OW, kill the Bridge Sentinal
For all of the above, if they are providing good XP keep doing them repeatably. This will carry you from level 65 to 140!

Thank you guys. I figured it out last night. Kelpy horns r useless to me now unfortunately. I’m almost at razor claw.
I didn’t know it was a questline because the one in sewers kept making me repeat something so I figured it was just a repeatable. Then I went back and did it again and it continued the quest. Thanks

We have also tried such entertainment as
Escape Room Berlin. It surely gets you involved. It is difficult to say which quest is the brightest and the most colorful. It is worth trying all of them to see which one is the best. It was very interesting for us, but that was the quest for adults and teenagers. We are going to a new quest next week, I think it will be even more spectacular. Write your feedback if you have been to these rooms.
