I've read there are useful charms with useful attributes and not only fashion charms. So I'd like to know the best useful charm for a focus/vit fire mage build. And as I ' m still noob I'd like to know which is the slot for equip charms and how to get the charm.

Yes, there are two "charms":

- Fashion Charms, which take up your entire character's fashion (ex: a Skeleton Charm makes you look like a skeleton, however you cannot equip other fashion items on top of it). The charm is shown in the Fashion->Chest slot.

- Equipment Charms, which have their own slot in your jewelry tab (to the right of necklace). These can have stats/skills, most add skill points (ex: +4 firebolt), direct skill damage (ex: +100 firebolt damage), or stat points (ex: +40 focus)

They are completely seperate, so you can equip both a fashion charm and an equipment charm. Most fashion charms come from fashion shops and event chests, most equipment charms come from event bosses (legacy bosses still spawn, rarely).

As for the best mage charm, I think most agree that the Samhain Event Spider Charms are the most useful; they add points to two skills and focus. Second place would be the Summer Event Firestorm Charms, which add firestorm damage and focus.

emberdrake fb charm is nice too bt hard to get... silverweb charms r ok nd ez to get.. prolly get this one untill u find better ones ... there charm tht add +10 to lure r nice too... few others are already stated

I looked for threads about emberdrake fire bolt and I found there are three types:

- godly emberdrake charm of fire bolt
- imperial emberdrake charm of fire bolt
- royal emberdrake charm of fire bolt

which one is the best for ending build?

nt type bt tier... imp bolt is 20% cd reduction of firrbolt.. idk abt others... bt 20% is must anything below this isnt enuff so either imperial or godly... getting thm is hard bt i ll suggest dont go fr 15%... instead keep silverweb one...

moreover will depend on ur other gears too.. fr eg if u hv hrung fb skull u ll need direct dmg focus charm... bt endgame setup prefer gele wep over hrung skull....tbh i like mordy grim over skulls... bt thts just me... i m more support wid lures mage

Spider charms are fine for levelling but kind of useless at endgame, you want either a cooldown reduction charm i.e. the emberdrake charm people have mentioned or the hellfire runestone. The runestone is better than the spider charm in general and would be preferable if you can get hold of one.
