seems to be 2-3 hours.

Both respawned between 3-4 hours here on ros. 3 hours and 50 mins for reaver, and 3 hours and 33 mins for lich.

So updated window is 2-4 hours, we had one at 2:10 minutes on gwyd the first day. Haven't really timed it since that
