Any experts on the point system, I need help my line id is alphadog11-13-96.

As in a dkp system? Each server runs its own unique systems, none are perfect all have flaws.

My suggestion would be to go to a couple servers and question them on their systems, then choose something that fits your style.

I had an idea for a dkp system awhile back, but never got much feedback on it.

Avalon clan on Morrigan has quite a sophisticated dkp system. You can ask their chief about it.
