Glowstone Ring buffed?

Probably yes, but I wanted to ask it because I didn't play at that time.
So I just found a Glowstone Ring (Hunter, 90) in the lux shop and it says +35 to strength and vitality. I was curious which event is this from so I checked Celtic Heroes Tavern, found it and watched the video where he shows the event luxury items where the Glowstone Ring of the Hunter only gives +30 strength and +20 vitality.
