Lost Access of Account

i am trying to log in to my account but unable to log .... password and Username is correct still say incorrect ... when i try to reset password it still not working .... it say email or username is wrong ... old password is not working either but its correct 100% i have 2 accounts having problem with both accounts ... can any Admin can help me out ?
