NPC’s have all disappeared

Since the Christmas update, all NPC’s in game are invisible and I can’t click on where they would be. I basically can’t access the auction house, the bank, mailboxes and all other NPC’s.
I play on an iPhone 7, I’ve resinstalled the game and it’s the same results.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes me and a few others have reported this issue. I believe they are looking into it and am hopeful it will be fixed in this up coming reset. I haven't heard back from anyone in a few days now but I remain hopeful. It's very frustrating honestly.

Okay well at least there are others experiencing this. I’m sure they have noticed it and will get back to us on the issue soon.

Was having the same issue on Android emulator (MeMu), haven’t been able to check since most recent update. (Will get back to ya after I update it if I remember lol)
