Help! Rosmerta froze up!

The mobs are not moving and cannot be attacked on Rosmerta. Please fix or reset the server asap.

Wouldn’t let me travel to Carrow.
Attempted to get off the mount, the mount got stuck on me while walking.

Two of my characters are stuck in Carrowmore. It looks like there are a few zones that still work:
Arena
Lirs reach
Crookback
Tavern
Catacombs
Shalemont
Stonevale
All other zones are broken
