you should change to a trident because it has strength, and stuff, i need to go check the shop again.
but it has good regen and good dmg. and you keep on pawning me in duells you killed me in less that 30 seconds.

My understanding is strength only helps in crush, pierce or slash weapon type. While I suppose H2H may be considered crush, does strength really help in increasing more damage on a H2H built?
Someone also told me that if yr damage is 2 with no main weapon equiped, your total damage will be 202 when you hold a golden blade. 200 damage being from the elemential damage and no benefits from the 75 str.

Can someone confirm this?

For the h2h build str is not critical. Your damage is coming from the dragon gear and other non wep dmg gear. This is one of the reasons it works so well on caster classes and dragon gear works on rangers. Dex however is important since actual dps = dps x hit rate and dex effects auto att hit rates.

I got a bit confused with your previous statement:

If you can get a trident those stats help... Both str and dex since dex also effects dps, though not the gross dmg of any one single hit.

It seems to me that Aleph, Squidly, Sav, Xell and others likely know a lot more about this than I do.
