Re: Full Support Druid

Here are a couple of links to recent discussions of druid builds. They're long, but worthwhile.

Mostly about dps builds "How useful is a dps druid vs support druid?":

Mostly about support/group builds "How to build a good support team of druids (need answers)". Scroll down for a detailed list of the various druid skills, with advice on which ones are most important:

Since you're on Lugh, you might want to have a chat with MaxeesVigour (vigor?) about his build. He mentioned to me the other day that he's been pretty happy soloing and bossing recently after reading those threads and rebuilding heavily influenced by the info I posted about Lightface.
Lugh | Lightface: Druid 141 | Kaonashi: Druid 141 | FacepaIm: Rogue 141
The B Team: Noface: Warrior 130 | Tsundere: Mage 130 | Smileyface: Druid 130
Retired from CH since 2013

I feel honored to be mentioned by name on the forums regarding Druid builds. Thank you aleph. Here's my build that's working for me thus far.
Stats:
5 str
45 dex
350 focus (530 with crown, book, spirit gloves and boots)
185 vit (will continue putting points in till 200 then will go back to dex)

Skills:
Natures touch 23/25 (26/25)
Strangling vines 23/25 (27/25)
Sheild of bark 19/25 (23/25)
Lightening strike 23/25 (26/25)
Storms touch 22/25 (26/25)
Abundance 7/25
The stats in the paranthesis are what I can get with my rings depending on what I'm doing at the moment.
With this build I can solo mobs up to three stars at around my level with only needing to stop to regen energy after killing 4-5 mobs. Also with my heal at that level I'm consistently called to boss fights.
The bark helps keep me alive while soloin with natures touch ready should I need to heal. I placed the points in abundance during the summer event to help with the dragons debuffs but also helps now that I'm leveling on ghosts since they use a similar debuff. These points could be allocated elsewhere though.
The main thing is just sticking to it. Druids aren't the easiest to level but once high enough they will pay off. As far as interrupts to your natures touch goes just start tryin to cast it at about 60% health. If you have trouble with interrupts I've also found that if you hit with a light strike or storm touch then cast natures sometimes it helps get the touch off.
