Which better for dps?

I prefer lightening strike for its quicker cooldown. You can typically get off two strikes as opposed to one storms touch.

i say both, but really depends what youre willing to sacrifice for it. if you must choose one of the two id say do lighting, as it cost less energy, is quicker castable and easier to get more dps on (somehow more rings for it)
