best advice is get 200 energy sigils... but that wont do lol. so id suggest energy crown so minimize the use of points in meditate. so that your skills may have more points, will increase more then some extra focus.

Wizardly if you want a good heal,do you use sigils?ik that with alot of sigils 200-400 you should get wizardly eithout sigils I'd say get all energy regen unless you max meditate or you can get half energy regen and half focus your choice
