Seems like a lame skill to me .

Make it a dot spell that drains up to 250 a tick , 4 ticks a pop , at a cost of 0 energy , 3 ticks after it ends make it castable , 3second cast time.

It's so lame I gave 2 of them to a level 102 Druid and his buddy for free lol

For those who were wondering, here is the new spell Energy Harvest. The cast time is very fast, but the cool-down takes 30 seconds. A friend gave it to me, and he received it from the 150 Boggans. At level 35, it grants 520 energy.

I don't know what to say. I was hoping something closer to eboost which provides about 160 per tick at 35/35. Assuming a 5 second tick that 12 per minute or just under 2000 energy.

Perhaps if this spell could steal half a mobs energy and return 500 energy to the caster it might have a tactical purpose. Without trying it out it appears to fall short of our expectations. If they allow meditate to regenerate in combat the two spells would probably work together.
