Entirely depends on the way you want to play your druid;

If you want to play it as full healer, put all your Attribute points into Focus (Unless you can have a 40+ energy regen per tick, sigils included) and Vitality.
Skills you might want to level in that case are: Natures Touch and Natures Embraces for the heals (you can even consider using Bandage Wounds if you are a pure healer and if you have a high First Aid ability), Shield of Bark, and eventually Abundance for the buffs.

If you want to be able to solo and level up alone, then I would recommend putting Attribute points into Focus (unless you have a 35 energy regen, sigils NOT included) and Vitality. Some may also want to add some points into Dexterity for less interruptions while casting, and Strength to hit harder (50 is required to wear the Totem of the Winter King)
Skills used by this kind of druid would be: Lightening Strike and Strangling Vines for the dps, Grasping Roots to stay safe (I don't use it though), Shield of Bark for the buff, and Natures Touch (and Natures Embraces, but you might run out of points) for the heals.

You can of course mix both of these builds since they use almost the same skill setup.

In fact... You can just use Natures Touch, Embraces and Shield of Bark.

Pure healers will then add: Abundance and Bandage Wounds
DPS Druids would rather add: Lightening, Vines (and Roots)

It's easier presented this way
(YES, I quoted myself and NO, I'm not Schizophrenic :D)

I think at lvl 79 my stats are

STR. 5
DEX. 90
FOCUS. 70
VITALITY. 265 (maybe 270 I kinda forget, My HP is like 1600 unbuffed like 1900 with my abundance)

I have
Nature's Touch, Nature's Embrace, Lightning, Vines, Bark all 15/15 and then I have Abundance 9/15
I switch to Calm lvl 1 for boss fights to manage aggro, but lvl 1 works fine for me, I just trade it with vines usually so I can keep tanks buffed, and vines is too long of a cast for a healer during a real heal fight

I have the 30+ energy a tick with the heroic neck and offhand but I feel like 70 energy is a good place because during Felgren I still see it dip a bit.

Abundance gives like 312 HP and Bark gives about the same armor, maybe less.

I know that some higher lvl Druids switch abundance to roots, and I think I may do this for pvp, but until I can max out my root, I wanna keep abundance, since the HP bonus is awesome.

I haven't been playing as long as everyone else, but this works very well for me.
I dont look at it as a Tank or a Healer build, it just works

Also you do get xp for healing, join a grp with another person and heal them.
