At your level i would say vines instead of swarm.

Also depends on who u are lvling with. For ur lvl root doesn't help much since u have the change to get mobbed by multiple enemies, and if ur lvling w a warrior or rogue they don't need things to be rooted since they have close range. (If u are soloing, it's a different story)

You can take a howling wind build and lvl w rogues or rangers (altho rangers have bolas so maybe not) since their dex would make howling effective, or use that howling wind for urself and solo your way to 130

If u have pple who like gathering multiple mobs and killing all at the same time perhaps swarm may help best.

Yes it depends on who you level with. If you level with warriors or mages primarily, swarm. Chances are these classes don't have enough dex for HW to make much difference. If you level with rogues or rangers definitely HW. I level with my rogue, and HW works incredibly well. I don't think there is much use for roots at your level (or mine, for that matter). Can be useful for some bosses.

If you grind out solo leveling, you could try out roots and see how you like it. It's not the fastest way to level, but will usually keep you alive. You may find swarm more useful though.

i always train wif rogue and hw really best for rogue which almost 97% work without healing her. and hw really can save group life including myself. there's one time while training with my rogue, i accidentally lured two 4* and one 2* boggan when my rogue was engage with another 3* boggan and i hw all of them one by one and surprising both of us survive with only my half blood gone and rogue is still in good full health.

i would drop abudance for wind btw

edit : or swarm if u think u can handle it or roots, roots is great for surviving and also letting sigils regen
